Had drinks at Town last night and was surprised that David Maguire was not behind the stainless steel counter spinning yarns and mixologizing. He's been the inspiration behind Town's eclectic and popular cocktail menu. Was told he no longer worked at Town. A pity, as his cocktails were fabulous. I had a Town Lemon Drop in his honor. While the cocktails are still lovely, unclear as to whether the menu will evolve, something the loquacious Maguire had made a priority. Keep us posted, Ed Kenney!
