Just a quick mahalo to "Drink of the Week" for linking to our post on the Lewer's Lounge and Dale DeGroff. This is a an excellent site for anyone planning a cocktail party in need of recipes or beverage recipes from wacky to classic. We'll be posting some of their recipes for tropical cocktails here on Hawaiirama. There's plenty of chi-chi madness to go around, and even the manliest man has been known to slurp down his fair share of froufrou drinks when island fever strikes. Then again, the Mai Tais at the Halekulani and the Royal Hawaiian's Mai Tai Bar will singe your eyebrows in the most pleasant way so not all tropicals are for the coconut-hearted, of course.
