Cupcake Boutique--one of my all-time favorite places to shop in Hawaii--began as an online webstore several years ago when owner Jodi Mizumoto noticed the lack of fashionable baby and mommy gear in Hawaii. The website became so successful that Mizumoto decided to open a walk-in location at Ward Centre. Mommies and babies alike can choose from a wide variety of fashionable clothes and accessories, yummy-smelling bath and body products, and a well-edited selection of books and toys. Local standouts include Vanilla Moon’s graceful personalized jewelry and Mizumoto’s own hip mama clothing line, J & K.
