As I’m sure most of you savvy shoppers are aware of, the day after Thanksgiving is the busiest shopping day of the year, and this holiday season, Hawaii shopping behemoth Ala Moana Center is taking full advantage of this fact by opening extra early. How early? Try 6 AM, people! That’s right, if you get to the mall just as the sun rises, you’ll be able to score massive deals and hundreds of stores. Some retailers will be opening an hour or two later, and a select few will even be opening an hour earlier at 5 AM (for a complete listing of merchants who have their own holiday schedules, go here). Extended hours continue on through Christmas Eve, but the post-Thanksgiving 6 AM opening time is a one-time only deal, so make like the Amazonian bargain hunter that you know you are and brave the crowds on Friday!
