Here's my post on Jaunted.com, a site where I am a contributing editor. I like it. It's a fun site. I write about Maui Tacos in Newark International, where its a total godsend for the long flights back to Hawaii. They have the same salsa bar as the ones here in the islands. The food is a little less salty, which is a welcome change, actually. If you are flying from Newark to Hawaii and leaving from Terminal C, this is the place to go for grinds.
