Ravenchase? What's that? I stumbled upon this New Year's Eve scavenger hunt slated to go off in Honolulu and it sounded intriguing and definitely not the average fare.

"Come join us for the First Annual Quest for Father Time in Honolulu! Father Time is hiding out, and the New Year is in pursuit. Do you have what it takes to crack codes & ciphers, find hidden clues & actors, and move time forward? If so, grab your gal, guy, friends, family, baby new year and your posse and join us on New Year's for an evening of fun and adventure. The Quest will lead you to Father Time and a New Year's Eve champagne filled celebration, courtesy of Ravenchase Adventures. A portion of the proceeds will be donated back to Hawaii State Art Museum!"

I checked out Ravenchase Adventures and they appear to be legit, a company that has actually discovered a niche putting on scavenger hunts complete with wacky clues written in code or word puzzles holding location info that must be solved! All you Amazing Race fans out there, set your watches, get your GPS units ready and be ready for a crazy death ride through the smokey streets of Honolulu where firecrackers are frighteningly legal and copiously used to chase out the evil ghosts.
