/>I’m a big fan of all things organic. This holds particularly true for Hawaii organic goodies. In an island ecosystem, pesticides and chemicals are doubly dangerous due to the fragility of our surroundings. So I was stoked when the folks at Hawaiian Host rolled out a line of organic chocolate macadamia nut candies called “Pure Aloha Organics.” The line has been certified by the Hawaii Organic Farmer’s Association (HOFA) and meets the national definition of organic. Now, I’ve been chowing down Hawaiian Host stuff for quite some time. It’s not the most spectacular confection but its extremely good and an excellent gift thingy for trips to the Mainland or Xmas. Am certain the organic versions will cost more but count me in – I’ll definitely be order these up when it comes time to spread the chocolate love. You can't buy these yet but they should be available very soon.
