Aside from Hawaiian, United and Aloha, ATA has more flights to and from Hawaii than any other big airline. All their flights go to the West Coast with a bunch of destinations. ATA non-stop routes go Las Vegas, Phoenix, Oakland, Los Angeles, or Ontario, CA on the Mainland from Maui, Honolulu, Kona, Lihue, or Hilo, Hawaii in the islands. For a few years now, ATA has quietly been offering a service called Hawaii Flightbank. In its original incarnation, you ponied up $1,500 or so for an unlimited number of round-trip flights in a calendar year. Flightbank now works on a points system but its still a good deal at $3k for 300 points. ATA fixes days of the week with certain point values.
Saturdays and Sundays are higher, Monday's are much lower. On mid-week travel, flights start at 10 points or about $100 for a one-way ticket. That's a relative bargain, particularly if you are going back and forth to Hawaii once a month or more. For anything less, Flightbank is probably not a good deal, considering the proliferation of cheap tickets in the $300 round-trip range to the West Coast and back. In other words, a good deal for kama'aina and snowbirds. But still a good deal.
