I started doing this a while back with the blog and it kinda fizzled but am starting again, inspired in part by the success of my friend Jonas over at Drink of the Week. So, once a week on Humpday I am posting a signature Hawaii cocktail from a notable elbow-bending joint or resort in the 50th state with a recipe and a mouth-watering image. In this case, I bring you a zippy little number from the Lava Lounge, a swank beachfront boite at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on the Big Island. Doug the barkeep mixes this one up right for guest and locals alike craving sweet respite. As follows:

• 2 1/2 oz Ketel One Citron
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz Tahitian Lime
• 2 oz Cranberry Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
