This property in the Wailua / Kapaa District is a beachfront bargain that was recently renovated. The region sometimes has sun problems -- as in, not enough of it -- but Kapaa is comparatively hopping these days with plenty of good places to eat. It's also an ideal home base if you plan to travel around the island -- Kapaa is situated halfway between the South and the North Shores. ResortQuest is not known for being high-end but its a solid, middle-tier product. The property is set amidst a 100 year-old coconut grove. You can't swim at the beach here, which is a bummer, but swimming beaches are roughly 15-20 minutes away.
