Fishing in Hawaii is serious business. Lots of locals feed their families with fresh catch. The best restaurants either buy in the morning from the fishmarkets or directly from the fishermen. And the islands are a world class sportfishing destintation for anglers trolling reefs and plumbing the depths for massive pelagics.
