As if Hawaii didn't have enough celebs. Then again, we can understand why Penn would love the North Shore enough to buy. It's is wild enough to still feel real, edgy enough to be a bit primal, yet quiet enough to be really relaxing. It's got some of the best beaches on Oahu and some of my favorite places to surf and hike. To boot, Penn surely prizes the reluctance of locals to approach celebs and do dumb things like ask for autographs or take unauthorized pics. Penn has stayed at Turtle Bay on the North Shore before. Penn's new lot, in Sunset Beach, is primo turf for a budding group of millionaires with tattoos and wildman cred (although some are commodities traders, it seems). Welcome, Sean! Please don't hurt me!
