Have not idea on the veracity of this one but a commenter on Hawaii had this to say about the founder of Hawaii Travel Network, Michael Bennie.
"Be aware that Michael Bennie is still around!! He has a new travel website named Axtora Worldwide Travel Network, see here http://www.axtora.com and he is also affiliated with this one http://www.hawaiidiscount.com . The owner of Hawaii Discount also lives in South Carolina, as Michael Bennie does, and he owns some of the domain names Michael Bennie had."
I have not had the time to check this out (read: unsubstantiated rumor) but considering the wake of irate and fleeced travelers left behind after HTN disappeared I'd exercise extreme caution here.
