Here's the latest batch. Planet Kauai adds yet another paen to Hamura's Saimin, a delish Lihue landmark. Maui Time Weekly eats breakfast at Cafe James in Kihei, the latest eatery by James McDonald (I'o, Pacifico, and Feast at Lele are others). Honolulu Foodies should trek down to the "Taste of the Arts Festival" on Nuuanu Street this Friday evening at 6 pm. Food offerings include Cassis (the new Mavro joint), Little Village (the fave downtown Chinese), and Cafe Joy (excellent Thai, among others).

Why isn’t information re: the Kauai Mokihana Festival available at this site? Dates of this year’s festival are Sept. 23-27th . Time to book airline tickets etc., yet no information has been posted to a web site. Please contact me with current schedule or link to current schedule.
