Golf Mag trots out it's 20th anniversary rankings of best resorts around the world. Natch, Hawaii bags a good number -- nine out of 75, to be exact. Catching top ranking was the Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Manele Bay. Me, I prefer Koele myself -- which also received top honors. Interesting, the only Hawaii resort courses on the "Green" list (tree hugging courses) were those of the Kapalua Resort on Maui. (800-527-2582).
