Best Vietnamese Food in Honolulu -- Or Hawaii? SuperPho

SuperPho.jpgAnother Microsoft Mobile Post, this time from Downtown Kaimuki. When you see the Microsoft icon, you know I'm posted on the go. I'm biased on this one. SuperPho is a hole-in-the-wall eatery located five minutes from my house in the restaurant rich part of Honolulu called Kaimuki. What can I tell you? The prices are cheap. The food is excellent. The service is crisp. The place is clean. It's better than any Vietnamese food I've had in Hawaii -- or the rest of the country. A meal for four with plenty of food runs under $80 - quite a bargain. Here's a pic of the BBQ pork roll-up with rice paper wraps, vermicelli noodles, five-spice sauce, mint, cukes, sprouts, and succulent thin grilled strips. Feeds two. Costs $12. Supremely delightful. Thanks, Microsoft, for sponsoring Hawaiirama.
