I love Napili Beach. It's not a secret but its not totally blown, either. There are no major hotels on this gem of a bay, just south of Kapalua Resort. It's ringed by condos but none are taller than two stories and many are quite affordable. The sand is a lovely pink color and the snorkeling offshore is pretty good with amazing water clarity. Swimming is generally good, although slight undertows might freak out newbies. The beach can be mildly crowded but is totally empty in th early mornings. We've stayed on this beach a number of times before and totally loved it. The vid gives you a taste.
