Hawaii Foodie Alert: Side Street Inn Opening New Spot

Fans of the Side Street Inn near Ala Moana Shopping Center have long bemoaned the lack of parking and cruddy location. Thankfully, chef-owner Colin Nishida is opening a second location with better parking (and probably better decor) in the bustling Kapahulu nabe just outside Waikiki. (hat tip to John Heckathorn for da scoop).

There are so many Hawaii Hotels to choose from in Waikiki, but you will get a lot better deal with hotels just outside Waikiki.

I love coming to Waikiki. One can find Honolulu Hotels for every tax bracket, and most places offer amazing deal right now. This could be a perfect opportunity to take advantage of great bargains.
