Kona local Chad Campbell founded this friendly fest in 2003 as a way to bring together the Big Island’s surfing community and to get stoked on an international array of surf flicks. Apparently, he succeed because eight years later the fest is going strong. Each October Chad, his family and friends, put on the festival on the sunny Kona Coast at the stunning Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows
